Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to protect the product during the return shipping process.
Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item meets the conditions above, you can proceed with initiating a return or exchange. Items that do not meet these requirements, including worn or used products, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Return Process

3. Exchanges
